This is a complete system including the Mantel top and base, outer frame trim, firebox with log set. It is available in assorted colors, and has many different add on options.

Product Description

Vail Premium Vent-Free 36 inch firebox is 99.9 percent efficient. The Vail Fireplace delivers more heat for your energy dollars – a whopping 36,000 BTU's. Ceramic glazed pellets in the burner tumble and swirl the gas to produce a natural flickering flame. Includes: 1. Hand-painted ceramic fiber Charred Oak Log Set is mounted atop the legendary Slope Glaze Burner. It has been updated with bigger logs, arranged to complement the flames from our Slope Glaze Burner. 2. The matte black arched screen front perfectly frames the logs and optional brick liner to create an exceptionally beautiful fireplace. 3. All Vail fireplaces come with matte black slat louvers and hood. 4. The Vail 36 Premium Vent-Free Fireplaces feature hem-bent seams that provide a better seal while eliminating dozens of screws and fasteners. The result is a lighter, more rigid box that’s easier to install. 5. The firebox is a VFP-36-FP30L - On/Off Millivolt - Remote Ready Vail Fireplace Systems • Zero Clearance Certified • Integrated Oxygen Depletion Sensor • Thermostat And Remote Control Models • More Decorative Accessories Than Ever! Each mantel is detailed in solid wood trim to match the veneer — oak or poplar. The full 3/4-inch cove moldings and edge trim add structural integrity. Matching decorative trim pieces add beauty and character. Choose from one of seven finishes. Each mantel is hand sanded and finished as a complete unit, assuring uniform color. NOTE: SPECIAL ORDER ITEM: This is a custom order unit and may take up 2-7 weeks to deliver. This unit must be installed by a professional. Installation costs will vary. All vent-free parts carry a 5-year limited labor warranty. Note: Empire Comfort Systems is committed to continuous product improvement; specifications are subject to change without notice. Flame size, shape and color will vary from photos. NOTE: This is a custom order unit and may take up to 5-7 weeks to deliver. Note: If order is returned, the customer is responsible for freight charges and a 30% restocking fee. NOTE: the images provided are in assorted sizes. They are of the same mantel offered.
